Pool Heating is an optional extra (recommended
October – May) and is charged at
£100 / US$190 per week
• The above rates include 13% Florida
tax
• Rates are subject to change without notice
• A 20% deposit normally secures a booking, however….
• Payment in full at time of booking is required,
if arrival date is within the forthcoming 10 weeks.
• Security deposit of £250 / $400 is required
with final balance payment
• Final balance is due 10 WEEKS prior to arrival in
the villa
• NO SMOKING is allowed inside the
home
• SORRY - WE CANNOT ALLOW PETS.
